An eighteen-year resident of North Palm Beach County and the city of Palm Beach, Rich has followed the developmental progress of the area closely. Since graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984, Rich has worked as a regional airline pilot, in MIS design, in management teams for restaurants and resorts and most recently as a Math and English teacher in Palm Beach County.
